Principal's Message

Bal Vidya Mandir Sr. Sec. Residential/Day School, Charbagh, Lucknow has been established by the great philanthropist Former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Shradhya Chandra Bhanu Gupta Ji.

The school is situated in the posh area & prime locality, in front of Charbagh Railway Station, Moti Lal Nehru Marg, Lucknow.The vast & grand campus of the school has been blessed by four more units of the Moti Lal Memorial Society namely- Ravindralaya, Bal Sangrahalaya, Harbilash Bal Chikitsalaya & Moti Lal Nehru Homoeopathic Hospital.The foundation stone of grand building of the school has been laid by the eminent leader former Prime-Minister of India Hon'ble Lal Bahadur Shashtri Ji on the 19th Nov 1964. It's a CBSE, Delhi affiliated English medium , co-educational school, catering the need of the students from Nursery to Senior Secondary level having the facilities for Residential/Boarding, Day Boarding as well as Day Scholars.

The great challenge faced by the educational institutes of the current time is to prepare students for the challenges of a rapidly changing world. Students of the present time face a world that continually demand updated knowledge and efficiencies; a world that requires the students to become adaptable, life-long learners in an ever-changing scenario of new skills and competencies. They also need to be good communicators, be able to relate well with other people and to think critically & creatively. BVM is committed & dedicated towards imparting these skills. The systematic & well designed English medium CBSE syllabus & curriculum of the school do not mean that the students are expected to alienate themselves from their own traditions and cultures.
